Petr and Jon

Flew this afternoon from Birmingham to Amsterdam - plan was to meet Petr at Starbucks, problem was we thought Starbucks Schiplol, he thought Starbucks Leiden. After figuring out the mistake we then decided to get the train to Leiden, second problem the grumpy lady at the train station told us to get on the wrong train so after an hr travelling between Schipol and Amsterdam Central we made Petr come to us he then took us to Leiden!!!! Third problem we needed to get to eastern Holland (tem miles from the German border) before midnight and the train from Leiden to Enschede takes 2 1/2 hrs - just made the last train and got into bed just before the clock was striking twelve - a very long but eventful day!
