Umeshu
After work, I had dinner with friends from work. At first we were served cooked chicken liver with soy sauce. I drank "Umeshu" and I ate it. Umeshu is a liqueur that is made by soaking green plums and crystal sugar in Shochu. Do you know "Umeshu?"
