Hamish drops

This is what I was fartnarkling about on the weekend.  I wanted to have a crack at focus stacking and using glycerin drops.  It is suprisingly easy to do although I am not sure it would work in the insect world when things are often on the move.  I did the set up before work this morning and it didn't take too long at all.  8 shots, stacked, aligned and then blended and voila as they say.
