FITZCARRALDO

This was Bingley, West Yorkshire today which reminded me of Werner Herzog's film, the masterpiece 'Fitzcarraldo', where an eccentric character tries to set up an opera house deep in the south American jungle. It also involved dragging a ship overland, up a hill in the same terrain, rather like the hills you can see here!
