Roma

The Roma are thought to have migrated from India in the 14th century and arrived in Granada in the 15th century.  Today there are over 50,000 Roma living in the Sacromonte district of the city.  These three troubadours told me they regularly play at the San Nicholas church at sunset.  Crowds gather here each evening to watch amazing sunsets overlooking the stunning Alhambra.  (see extra for the Alhambra).
