Believe the hype

The eldest one has been begging us for some 'Hype' clothing for a while, and as a reward for doing well, we relented and now he's officially a 'cool kid'. 

Apparently this is currently the in-thing with his mates, and I guess it's all part of growing up, deciding which trends to follow and which ones to buck. When I was a kid it was all Nike, and Adidas, which as it happens as stood the test of time, and are as cool as ever. 

Or maybe they're not, and I only think they're still cool. Maybe I should get some Hype gear and embarrass the lad as only a Dad can... might have to be done :)
