Nice weather for ducks

Thank you so much for the positive comments yesterday. Wasn't really my intention to garner sympathy just mention why things are as they are.
One thing I have noticed amongst a small number of people (not here or indeed friends) is that they don't seem to accept mental illness as a real illness still even in the enlightened 21st century.
Anyway today I drove out of town heading up to my friends in chch. Stopping off at Cromwell tonight. Went to the doctors today and my BP is now only high not stroke level so that's a bonus!
