Who is she dreaming about kissing?

This girl was one of many walking down the crowded sidewalks of the Kabukicho area of Shinjuku, Tokyo. It's only about a 10-minute walk from where I live.

To me she looks like she is dreaming about kissing somebody as she walks with her eyes closed and her lips puckered. I wonder who it is?
