Tiny Tuesday29 Christmas

Posting my entry late for Walking Wombat's Christmas themed challenge as I simply ran out of time last night.
I have now restored some semblance of order to the dining room and managed to put up quite a few decorations.  This little guy is on the tree at the end of our dining room where all the ornaments are garden, themed or woodland creatures. I bought this beautifully worked lesser spotted woodpecker - along with a robin, pheasant and hare - some years ago in Burford.  And yes, they do occasionally visit our garden!
