A few days ago i wrote about the oil crisis and the effect on the supporting business. Offshore platforms have to be supplied by supply vessels. Less operational platforms and rigs mean also less supplyvessels needed. And that effect is seen on Pointe Noire anchorage. Lots of supply vessels waiting for work or next assignment.
