I had an accident today

Fell down bottom 7 steps. When you have Parkinson's one of the problems is you cant multi task, I was carrying a roll of wrapping paper, and presents,
the paper slipped , I tried to catch it and my whole life flashed before me as I tumbled down and rattled my head on the docr, but it hasn't done my Sciatica any good though .anyway tomorrow is another adventure
