Weeny Wednesday

Forgot all about photos while rushing around. So took a couple with the not very good computer microscope. This is a Grimnia moss, I think. The leaves are about 0.5mm wide.

The spare is one of our wildlife lodgers. It's a very primitive insect called a psocid that we picked up 15 years ago and can't get rid of. Luckily they don't cause a problem. It's between 1.5-2mm long
