The 'Scenic Route'

Maybe I'll not bother then. Closure of the Forth Road Bridge is an inconvenience for some but must be a real headache for many more. I assume there must be a very good reason for not even allowing cyclists to use the bridge but can't think what it might be unless, of course, H&S is the reason...surely it can't be a structural load issue?!!
