Strumash

We played a gig tonight in a local village hall in a neighbouring town. Our ukelele band is called Strumash which is a play on the old Scots word, stramash, meaning  uproar; tumult; brawl. As you can see, judging from the expression on one of our uke players, it certainly wasn't that though we did 'give it laldy' another Scottish expression for singing with great gusto.
