The pooch with...

... Party Fever - or perhaps not.

Having spotted this blippable pair and taken the shot, I was distracted for a moment or two. When I looked back, the scene had changed completely and another woman had arrived (see extra).

I naturally thought the extra lady was the dog's owner and had left the other person minding the fancy dressed pooch. But then, lady number 2 left the scene, leaving the poor dog tied to the bench where presumably the owner had left him.

All part of the party fever?
