Off to church.....

I have such admiration for my colleague who  heads up, no, IS, the music department at school. Every term she manages to find and produce some really good productions with great lyrics and music which motivate the children to sing their hearts out.

Today was no exception and the Christmas story, beautifully re-enacted in the 800 year old church, was the perfect and only way to end the term. 

An hour or so later these angels had shed their wings, robes and halos and flown off into the holidays.

We staff  then enjoyed a happy time over dinner in a nearby hostelry!
