On the wall

I called over Pip and she hopped on the wall for me. I love looking at this view with the ruins and the open sea and it changes so often.

After morning chores I had to take a trip to the north end of the Island for an appointment, a long way to go but necessary. It did mean I got to get a food shop done in a bigger spar than the one in the village here. A few treats for husband and I in the cupboard now. I met quite a few folk I knew while I was out which was nice. I dropped some chocolate brownies I baked this morning in with my friend who is a butcher at the abattoir and is working ridiculous hours to try and get all the beasts chopped and packaged before they close for Christmas next week.

12c its been really warm! Overcast with occasional showers, didn't stop me hanging washing on the line though. Enjoying the fresh smell as they finish drying on the landing.
