Time past, and time passing

It was an unpleasantly early start for me and even more so for poor Ogatodomar who had to be roused out of his hammock to be said goodbye to. I headed down to Tyneside and after a modicum of work joined m'colleagues for an Xmas lunch - it'll certainly be my last one with them, and may even be their last if the draconian measures come to pass. A fine bunch , so they are. They were still carousing when I had to leave for my train home; found myself traversing Dog Bank again. Phew, made my train with 5 min to spare.

I only just noticed that it's a year ago today that we were first blinded by the polaroid light - I'd recorded the last day of grey a year ago yesterday.
