Magic Maastricht

It was bustling with holiday shoppers. The ice rink was quite and the Ferris wheel almost empty. The terraces however very crowded. I enjoyed watching the ice skating and to be in town. Although I like living in the village, sometimes I just want to be in town.
Bert and I met in a restaurant in between his rehearsal appointments. Christmas is always a busy time for him, playing trumpet in different churches.
After tea I continued my 'city tour' and started the gift shopping. The less inspirational part of my evening. I simply don't know what to buy for the girls. I wish they had made a list.
