Art for All

Popped into Resonate to see an innovative community arts venture in Alloa.
 
The brainchild of Angela Beardsley who has worked ceaselessly for the past six years to broaden out what started out as a straightforward arts centre she now has a team of 30 volunteers working to deliver  an ambitious scheme based on strengthening community resilience which is finally bearing fruit.
 
The web site describes it as:
“ Bringing people together from across our community, opening conversations, cultivating ideas and building opportunities... we have become aware of the connectedness of individuals, we recognize the transforming biosphere consciousness and we realize the shared empathic nature of all things is leading us into a new revolution of building strong, resilient and supportive communities. “
