Palace and an Indian home

Today we went to a palace. It was grand and they had rooms full of marble and some full of mirrors. There were women workers everywhere dressed in extravagant yellow work sarries. Later we took a jeep ride over to a house, but on the way there were cabbage fields, beautiful green lands, and small houses. The women who owned the house got dressed up because if a women goes out underdress, especially in a small town, she will be made fun of and possibly shunned by her mother-in-law. Her house was beautiful and had a top deck that had a wonderful view. An interesting thing about her house was that her floor was made out of cow dung. The reason being is because it's free. They use everything to their advantage and waste nothing.
