ON THE WALL

The 30th Annual Exhibition of the Downpatrick Photographic and Digital Club is now on at the St Patrick's Centre and will be there until the 14th July, welcoming visitors during the Centre's opening hours.
The club hopes that as many people as possible from the area will drop in to enjoy the wide variety of photographic images produced over the past year by the club members. There will be a competition running throughout the exhibition for visitors to select the best or most enjoyable image.
The club is also encouraging anyone interested in photography, whether a novice or camera enthusiast to join us for the 2012-2013 season, starting in September in the Ballymote Centre. We will be running sessions to help people, of all ages, improve their digital imaging skills, make the best use of their cameras and process images on their computers. There will also be opportunities for more experienced photographers to participate in activities with the Northern Ireland Photographic Association of which the Downpatrick Club is a member.
