Sheeeeesh - Kabobs!

We had some meat from a local farm that was not labeled but was definitely beef if lacking any further definitive differentiation.  I decided to add some organic peppers, onions, mushrooms and squash and mustard and rosemary marinade - hey presto Shish Kabobs - pretty tasty with a balsamic and olive oil baste!
