A 'Can't be Bothered' Blip.

It's been a bad day. I have felt so low. We got an extended lunch hour today because of the short one we got the day of the inspection. I came home and slept for just under an hour.

Went into Asda on the way home and picked up a ready meal for tea. Lazily sat on the sofa and ate it. I am now lying on the sofa, numbly watching tv.

Work Christmas night out tomorrow night, dreading it.
