The winter that wasn't one

There have been years when we had a lot of snow even down in the valley at this time of the year. Nowadays, you can only find loads of bird shit... 

It was a very busy day with being out with horse&dog, seeing the GP and meeting friends for dinner. 
Djeili was a very badly behaved girl today and half-way through our hack she had to be on the lead, after she had barked madly at someone, ate several kilos of shit and "bathed" in something that I don't even want to know what it was. The joys of having a teenage daughter dog. But horse Farina was in contrast to her a very good girl! Never budged when I wildly screamed for Djeili from top of her...
