Baubles

Another unexciting day. I seem to have been busy but achieved very little. All normal there then. I had to wait in because a chap was coming (plan A) to mend the washing machine. However when I rang Hotpoint to see where he had got to, they told me (34 minutes waiting on the phone later) that "the visit is planned for today but unfortunately it seems to have slipped off the list". Unbelievable. Almost as bad a SW Trains.
