Return of the Beech
I completely forgot about good old blipfoto for a while but I'm back now. Recently purchased a Nikon D3100, my first DSLR that belongs to me, not my dad.
Here is the first shot I took with the beautiful little machine, a close up shot of a wasp in my uncles garden. Really happy with this for one of my first shots, increased the contrast and colours a bit to really make it pop.
I've always been amazed by the wings of bees and wasps, they look so fragile and thin but they can throw the whole weight of the insect around.
Hopefully will have more blips when I get back to taking more pictures, just hope this weather clears up soon.
