the end of two wee eras today - we said goodbye to our lovely old landy which is going to the nicol's. we've loved this car and it's been an ace one for the past 9 years. we got it when peg was just a baby, beth drove it round the campsite at sandend sitting on her dad's knee, it has towed ella here there and everywhere, has driven through deep snow to rescue mum from shieldon and is always full of wood, surf gear, trees, shopping, kids, furniture or some other crap. sad to see her go.

and peggy finished her swimming lessons! it's a regular feature on a friday night, I've enjoyed taking the kids to their lessons...often hilarious to watch. there is a wee chance she might carry on doing them on a thursday as she's keen to take one more block just to have john as her teacher, but we haven't decided yet.
