Six Geese ......

...... but not 'a-laying'! There were so many Canada Geese and Greylags on the loch this morning it was difficult to isolate a group of 6 .... my patience was rewarded (just!)

Out of good photographic range (for me anyway) there was a pair of Goosanders, about half a dozen Little Grebes and at least 2 herons. The geese, ducks and swans will often come to the edge in anticipation of a morsel or two to eat!
