I wish....

Today I turned up at my usual parking space - underneath a lovely tree which is home to many pigeons, the state of my car will prove it - to find a no parking sign!
For a moment I was tempted to turn round and go home! If I can't park, I can't stay! As I am a mature adult, however, I decided I wouldn't get away with it and parked in my usual spot ignoring the new sign.....

I was glad I stayed as it was induction day and I was privileged to meet many of our new intake and of course I wouldn't have missed my year10s for the world! ;-)
