Mixing with....

... the Party People.

Unusually for me, this is an 'evening after a wee small hours' picture. We went along to a party evening at a local hotel yesterday evening with large tables occupied mainly by work parties, eating and drinking large quantities.

I'm not a great fan of the displays on the dance floor in the after-midnight haze, where people behave in strange ways, dancing and waving their arms about not necessarily bearing any relationship to the music being blasted through huge speakers - but quite entertaining behind the camera. Party hats and flashing lights contributed to the atmosphere.

Today has been spent in recovery mode - and what must it have been like for those who were totally under the influence?
