Into the woods

Today was a total washout.. It chucked it down all day really. We went to Barrow in Furness to check it out - probably the first and last time. No offence Barrownians, but it didn't draw me in. Like the shit bits of Glasgow and Liverpool combined, with a high street like an enlarged Ardrossan. It was pouring with rain, so I may be doing the place a disservice. We stopped at the Dock Museum which is meant to be quite good, but it was shut.
Ended up in Ulverson checking out the interesting shops and a great lunch in a pub with a real working millwheel in the middle. Nice beer too. :)

I left the crew chillin in da house and went for a wet walk with the Boojer hound into the woods - this photo sums up the mood and greenness nicely
