8km on the treadmill first thing this morning to try and run off last night's Christmas dinner. Christmas tree decorated. House tidied. Quick trip to the supermarket for some shopping.

Tonight I cooked a scallop, prawn and crayfish jalfrezi. 

I must remember not to rub my eyes after chopping chillies.
