I like a bit of randomness in life ...

We got invited out to a cream tea at the Miskin Manor by mum and dad yesterday for today. So we got dressed up in our glad rags this afternoon and went all posh!

It was a wonderfully relaxing afternoon with finger sandwiches made from egg, cucumber, ham and salmon, and then a selections of cakes and rounded off with jam and scones with clotted cream.

I said to my mum and dad it was just like being in Reids Hotel in Madeira .. except for the pis persistent rain, the cold and the endless grey skies!

Still it cheered us up and made us realise our Madeiran holiday is really not that long now!
