Birthday

My late father would have been 98 years old today. Thinking of you Dad.

The collage is of some pictures taken of him in Italy during 1944.

He served with the AFPU ( Army Film and Photographic Unit ) attached to the British 8th Army in the Western Desert as well during the invasion of Sicily and driving of the German forces up the length of the boot of Italy to the Alps
