Exercise Bike ....

A good Saturday, helped M with his paper round, popped into the office to do a few updates & then dropped M off at work.

K & I played Badminton this afternoon, a 5-4 win for K after coming from 2-4 down to snatch victory with a final 13-11 game victory, well played K :-)

I think he was inspired by my phone call to Tracey gloating that I was winning 4-2 :-)
