Watching out for Owsla on evening Silflay!

Funny how some things just stick to your brain.

We have just made some trips to the re-cycling centre.

1st trip:- One of the lads saw the camera, pointed out a family of geese and told me that when on the water an adult lead, then the family, then the other adult.
:¬(( They weren't on the water, they were fairly well hidden. Plus I didn't have my ''Longer lens''.

2nd trip:- Same lad informed me ...''Bosses are here and they're all down in that area.'' Not a sign of the geeses.
If, on the farm, they are ''Geese'' WHY does yer average posh Brit talk about ''Guzzberries''? They'd never dream of saying ''Look, there's a big Guzz over there.''

3rd trip:- Took longer lens ... Geeses - 0 Bunnies - 1 (Away win for the Bunnies).
He said it was drinking: our local folklore(?) would have us believe they don't drink. At any rate this is as near the water as I saw it.
