The Galson Midden

Another shot of the Galson midden (an Iron-age rubbish dump). You can see the line of the old land surface at the time by the curving trace of the shells. The people at this time would have eat the shellfish, then thrown the shells on the ground in this area. I keep hoping to discover something more exotic!
