Where's the white stuff?

Usually when we drive up to Les Menuires in the 3 Valleys these villages are looking pretty covered in snow. No such luck this year.

We had to get up at 1.30 am to drive to Manchester. It was the longest time ever to get to Geneva - 3 hours on the tarmac before takeoff as it was the busiest day of the year in Geneva, plus they had bad fog. Then 1hour 40 flight with an extra hour to circle.

There's a lot of runs closed due to lack of snow, so it will be interesting to see what tomorrow brings.

We got wifi nearly everywhere in remote bits of South America but in our French hotel.....
I'm having to sit outside reception p, and only try when nobody else is using it, which does not bode well for Christmas Day FaceTime with the grandchildren.
