Not a "Selfie"!

Contrary to popular opinion this is not a selfie!  It is a detail from a little chap who is sitting on the bookcase at the Lodge.  We have guests staying over Christmas and another group over New Year.  So the Lodge is decorated in what we hope is a style appropriate for a timber building lined inside with pine.  Among the things we have chosen are some little men with acorn hats.  As well of course as a Christmas tree,baubles and those kind of things.

After preparing the Lodge it was home for the first of our "Christmases".  AS we will be in Sheffield for the actual day we had The Mate round and Katkatkat who is an excellent cook surpassed herself with a full Christmas dinner, Mince pies, Chocolate Truffles etc.  A good time was had by all.
