Shhhmoookin' !

This is my colleague Lore... not only does she make safety goggles look good, but she's also a bit of a super brain... Lore is our Analytical Scientist. She looks at objects in an almost forensic way, to study their composition and structure and to help reveal the stories and history of the object in a non destructive way.

Today she was topping up the equipment with liquid nitrogen, a regular task that has to be done without fail... and here's the Scanning Electron Microscope that she works on.

I'm still trying to get my head around the work that she does, it's really interesting, but complex...
