fiery warning

There were heavy showers later in the day but the extent of the colour at sunrise was as wide as I remember (followers will see the colour is intense much further to the right (south) than usual).
Nothing very exciting the rest of the day and passed on the evening run as I don't think 5-6 miles is wise just yet.
