Katz's Deli

Sometimes a places reputation exceeds the reality and sadly for me, this was true of Katz's Deli. I've had a Reuben at Monty's on Roap Walk market in London and it was better, cheaper and served with a smile, something that was as rare as rocking horse shit in Katz's.

Walked half way round the world today or so it feels. Across the Brooklyn Bridge, back again, over to Wall Street, on to China Town then to Little Italy, from there to the tenement museum and then on to Katz's before walking all the way back to the hotel. 30 minutes rest and then the men are off for an hour in the baseball nets whilst the women go shopping. I'm looking forward to my bed tonight
