Toasted Teacake with Earl Grey

After our regular walk in Pinchinthorpe Woods, my brother Rodney and I have a snack and a chat at Windlebridge Garden Nursery tea rooms. In an attempt to watch my weight, I usually have this combination. Toasted wholemeal Teacake using 1 1/2 pats of butter and an Earl Grey tea with lemon slice dropped in.
