High Baked

I think this is what one calls a High-baked loaf. I turned it out of the loaf pan, popped it back in for five minutes to crisp the base and... promptly forgot all about it.

No cooked meal today - just Tomato & Garlic bread with an array of cheeses (and perhaps a wodge of Pork & Pickle Pie).
