Finishing touches to the decorations. Done before I went for my hydro dilatation injection in my shoulder. I was expecting it to be painful, but it actually wasn't at all. It was a bit of a weird sensation but hopefully it will help cure my frozen shoulder. At least it feels better and some movement has been restored already so I think that's good news.
