Dead Man Walking

I had a stroke on Friday night. It happened at work in Edinburgh and the quick actions of my colleagues in calling an ambulance meant that I could be taken to A&E for a scan and to be thrombolysed (and also to have my heart re-started - another fun complication that was thrown in). I'm back home now and I'm fine - walking, talking and no weaknesses but I've had better weekends!
