Zeppelin Field Grandstand

This grandstand, in Nuremberg, and completed in 1936, was designed to express the greatness of antiquity through the use of stone, flame bowls, and colonnades.

Albert Speer used the Greek Permagon altar, today in the Pergamon Museum in Berlin, as his model for this design.

The Grandstand is the small section that is protruding out and was used for making speeches.
