Tiny Seed Pods....

....hanging in great profusion on a tree we passed today while out walking. 
My sister-in-law flew back last eve. from visiting her children, so she spent the night at our house. This morning she treated us to a late breakfast before heading for home & it was so nice to get to spend some time with her, as we don't see her often enough!  I finished making my desert for the meal program & ran it up to church, ran to the store to pick up fruit for the fruit salad I'm making for Christmas, then headed back home and took a walk with Tom. Another dreary day, but I'm not complaining as it's rare that we can be out walking in December without snow & ice on the ground & at least 2 layers of clothes! :))
