winter afternoon

A cold afternoon.  Went for a walk in the local area and got a few shots.  I liked this one from the landscaped hill with the Pentlands in the background.  While I was taking photos a group of children brought their sled along and attempted to coast down the grass slope.  At least the ground was hard with a touch of frost, but no snow what so ever.
